An important obelisk shape clock by Joseph Gouget Ferrière-sur-Risle, Normandy, France dated 1880. With subsidiary dials indicating months, days and date, moonphase and central seconds hand. In the base is a musical movement. Gilt brass and gilt wood ornaments to a blackened wood case. On the sides horns of plenty and crowned with a pine cone. Dimensions: Height 78 cm.  Width: 56 cm. Depth: 28 cm.

Unusual Console Table Freestanding in carved and polychromed wood. Nice details in the carved Fern Plants, a landing Eagle attacking a Bear Cub. The top shaped as a shell. On the four corners of the base tortoise shaped feet. Manufactured probably in Austria or North Italy, second part of the 19th Century.
In good original condition.
